It’s hard to believe that May is here, which means our summer signature event, Experience Spring Hill, is right around the corner. We had so much fun last year with the addition of the Shop, Eat, Play theme. Over 2,000 attendees got to meet approximately 70 vendors either telling their story about their local business, selling their goods, or showcasing their great menu items. The drop-off Kids Zone and Man Cave were also great additions to the event, allowing everyone to have some fun!
The Experience Spring Hill committee is working hard to create another memorable family fun event. We’ve changed the main entrance of the event to the main entrance of the school to create more excitement for attendees as they make their way to the main gym. The ‘Main Street’ will showcase a variety of businesses while providing a nostalgic thoroughfare connecting the Food Garden to the Kids Zone, Man Cave and Main Gym festivities. We’ve also added the ability for attendees to vote for their favorite booth. The booth with the most votes wins bragging rights for the year. There will also be a special appearance from GNASH himself!
We look forward to this event every year because it allows our Chamber to live out our core purpose, to serve our local business community by helping our members thrive while being a connector and trusted resource to the Spring Hill community. Bringing the businesses and the community together under one roof for one day makes for an amazing event. You don’t want to miss this wonderful opportunity to meet business owners and to discover new businesses in Spring Hill.
