Building Relationships in 2019

A new year brings new beginnings!  At the Chamber we are excited to kick off 2019 under the leadership of our new Board Chairman, David St. Charles with David St. Charles State Farm.  We are looking forward to implementing new goals to further our mission of positively influencing our business culture to create a better Spring Hill.

One of our goals is to focus on relationships.  In our digital age we cannot imagine running an efficient business without the use of technology. But, while technology can grow your bottom line, there is no replacement for the lasting business relationships you build through face-to-face introductions. Our Chamber’s strength has always been to help business owners establish a solid network with individuals that support one another through referrals, advice and encouragement. David St. Charles explains, With over 350 members The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce serves as the perfect platform for companies from diverse industries to cultivate relationships that lead to mutually beneficial business relationships.  In 2019 the Chamber will focus on delivering significant opportunities for those relationships to form and thrive.”

Our vision of providing professional development, networking opportunities, and support services for local professionals interested in building relationships and growing their business will continue in 2019 with a robust event calendar. We love seeing our members make new connections at our mixers, Chamber 101 classes, luncheons or annual events. We’ve added additional events and we’ve refocused some of our events so that everyone can find an opportunity to grow their network and to learn more about the community in which they work and live. Follow our Facebook page, @springhillchamberTN, and check our website, www.springhillchamber.com, to find a list of our upcoming events.

Current members and future members are invited to one of our largest luncheon events of the year, State of the City.  Our Spring Hill leadership, Mayor Graham and City Administrator Victor Lay, will present highlights, critical benchmarks and exciting news for our city. As Mayor Graham recently explained, The decisions we make today will not give us immediate satisfying results, but they can move us in the right direction. I envision and pray that a future Spring Hill mayor addressing the Chamber of Commerce many years from now will state that the decisions made way back in 2019 set the course of a higher quality of life for them, and they are thankful.” You don’t want to miss this highly anticipated event, please register in advance at business.springhillchamber.com/events.

Our core purpose is to serve our local business community by helping our members thrive while being a connector and trusted resource to the Spring Hill community. If we can serve you in any way please give us a call at 931-486-0625 or drop by our office located at 5000 Northfield Lane, Suite 414, Spring Hill, TN 37174.

Looking forward to serving you in 2019!

Rebecca Melton, Executive Director, Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce
