Leadership development opportunities in Spring Hill, Tennessee

The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce plays a crucial role in building leadership within our community. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, we encourage individuals to step into leadership roles and contribute to the betterment of the community. Through various networking events, leadership initiatives, workshops, and mentoring programs, the Spring Hill Chamber provides opportunities for members to enhance their leadership skills, expand their professional networks, and gain valuable knowledge and insights. These experiences enable individuals to develop confidence, build relationships, and acquire the necessary tools to become effective leaders. The Spring Hill Chamber serves as a catalyst for leadership development, empowering individuals to make a positive impact and contribute to the overall growth and success of the community. We accomplish this in various ways, including through the following three leadership training and mentoring initiatives:

WIRED–A Mastermind Group

The Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce and Maury County Chamber & Economic Alliance launched WIRED – A Mastermind Group for local entrepreneurs and CEOs in 2021. The WIRED Mastermind Group is limited to 10 local Entrepreneurs and CEOs who are selected through an application process. The purpose of this exclusive group is to foster growth and development through the sharing of experiences, lessons-learned, and game-changing moments.

This environment allows each participant to showcase their expertise while also developing additional skill sets showcased by the other participants. The culmination of the program is a WIRED pitch contest funded by the program’s annual fees. Local entrepreneurs will pitch their idea in front of the group and the group will determine the amount invested and which ideas warrant investing. The group will then serve as mentors to the chosen entrepreneur(s).

CLIMB–An Emerging Leaders Cohort

Program Details:

  • Duration: September 2024 – June 2025
  • Schedule: In-Person
  • Sessions: 1st Thursday of each month, 8:30 am – 10:30 am
  • Virtual Sessions: 3rd Thursday of each month, 8:30 am – 9:30 am
  • Curriculum: Each session features the content from GiANT OS leadership toolkit and the 100X Leader book, facilitated by an executive coach.

EVOLVE–A Business Mentorship Program

After piloting the program with our Women in Business, the EVOLVE Business Mentorship program, hosted by the Spring Hill Chamber, is now open for a second session. This session is open all entrepreneurs, business owners, or employees who are wanting to connect with like-minded professionals and are looking for growth opportunities by learning in a peer-to-peer environment.

The 6 month long program will allow for a one-to-one mutually learning relationship, as well as the ability to connect with the entire group once a month. The program will allow for 10 mentors to be matched with 10 mentees.
