Our vision at the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce is to provide professional development, networking opportunities, and support services for local professionals interested in building relationships and growing their business. Our vision is most evident in the variety of events offered throughout the year. So far this year, we have hosted 4 luncheons, 2 mixers, 2 How To Chamber classes, and 13 ribbon cuttings. In addition, numerous Ambassador, Board and Committee meetings have been held in which our volunteers strive to increase the value of our events.
Our events this month so far have allowed us to celebrate with Spring Hill business owners, learn more about the services they offer and network with fellow members. First, Spring Hill Eyecare welcomed the Chamber to the Grand Opening of their new office, located at 5238 Main St., where attendees were given tours and celebrated with a Ribbon Cutting. Owner, Rob Szeliga, held his first Ribbon Cutting with the Chamber about 12 years ago when he opened his first location. We were thrilled to share in the excitement of his growing business, which he attributes to his practices’ two philosophies: (1) What’s good for the patient is good for the practice and (2) See everything we do from the patient’s point of view. These philosophies have obviously been working since they have recently acquired patient number 18,000! Rob shared, “I started with just my mom and sisters as my first employees. My current team works hard to keep that family type atmosphere with our team and patients as we continue to grow. The greatest compliment we can receive is a word of mouth referral!” Second, Premier Chiropractic opened up their office, located at 3015 Belshire Village Suite 106, to our Chamber members and guests for a morning networking mixer. It was a great morning getting to know one another over coffee and refreshments but even better to hear more about the specialities of Dr. Ericka and Dr. Michael Montelione. Dr. Ericka has a passion for treating younger patients while Dr. Michael has focused more on geriatric care. Both of them have a strong commitment to finding the root causes of their patient’s ailments and offering care that is affordable. We are so proud to have them in Spring Hill for the last three years and we wish them many more years of success.
Please visit our website, www.springhillchamber.com, to view more upcoming events and also like our Facebook page to find out which Chamber members have some exciting events coming up. We are officially at the end of another school year which means summer has unofficially begun. As you begin to unwind, enjoy some family time and get out and explore please remember to shop, eat and play local.
