Chamber Update 12-6-17

Looking around our great city it is easy to see that the month of November is behind us and the busy December holiday season is here to stay. Before we say farewell though, I wanted to acknowledge our new Chamber members that joined in November:

Call 4 Health
Spring Hill Oral Surgery
Premier Design Build, LLC
Shine Social, LLC
Wine & Design- Spring Hill
Mutual of Omaha- Stephen Roos

Please reach out and welcome these new members when you get a chance. You can find them by accessing our online directory, www.experiencespringhill.com. As always, shopping local is the best way to show your support to our local businesses!

We are grateful to have a thriving Chamber. We proudly add new members every month and much of our growth is attributed to the work of our kind-hearted Ambassadors. This group of 30+ volunteers uniquely connect with our members and raise community awareness of the Chamber. They also serve as advocates for the Chamber membership. You will see them regularly at our numerous events, like the luncheons, ribbon cuttings and mixers.

I can honestly say that our Chamber has the best Ambassadors! These individuals exemplify the Ambassador qualifications beyond measure and without them our Chamber would not be where it is today. Ambassadors gain a solid understanding and appreciation of the goals and ideals of the Chamber by attending monthly Ambassador meetings. They take pride in displaying a professional, positive and ethical manner and appearance at all Chamber events and functions. If you have an excitement, enthusiasm and support for the community, as well as the Chamber, and are eager to be a resource for businesses then I encourage you to become a part of the Ambassador committee by contacting the Chamber office. Below is what one of our Ambassadors has to say about serving in this critical role:

“Being a Chamber Ambassador has allowed me to develop relationships, but more importantly, help others develop relationships and grow their business. I am thankful to be a part of a group that has a heart to serve and strives to create a Chamber and community that is like none other.”
-Drew Hubbard, First Farmers & Merchants Bank

I want to personally thank our Ambassadors for the effort they have given to the Chamber all year long, I look forward to continuing to serve our members with you.
