Becca is the Executive Director at the Chamber and has been
on the team since January 2017.
Since beginning her career with the Chamber, Becca has diligently worked to promote the mission of the chamber to the community and to invite others to assume the mission as their own. Becca enjoys meeting new people and learning their story to see how she can help them along their journey.
In her spare time, Becca enjoys family time with her husband and two daughters, usually attending their sporting events. She also enjoys being active outdoors, discovering unique and local attractions and coming up with home projects that challenge her husband’s DIY skills.

Kelli is the Marketing and Events Coordinator at the Chamber and has been on the team since May 2019.
Since beginning her career with the Chamber, Kelli has been quick to create fun, innovative marketing campaigns and social media posts to keep the Chamber “lively”! Her joyful, youthful personality has been a positive influence at Chamber events, meetings, and projects.
When not working you can usually find Kelli hanging out with her husband, family, and friends. She enjoys playing board games, traveling, listening to all types of music, shopping local, and eating desserts!

Clint is the Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager for FirstBank at the Spring Hill office. He has served on the Spring Hill Chamber board since 2018. He is the current Vice Chair and a member of the Committee on Political Affairs. Clint has extensive board experience with many different organizations and brings a financial services background to the board. He joined the organization because he believes that a strong business environment in Spring Hill will lead to long term success for a city he loves. When he is not working he can be found spending time with his family, traveling, or reading.

Jeff is a financial advisor for Edward Jones. He has served on the Spring Hill Chamber board since 2020. Jeff has served the community as an elected member of the Spring Hill BOMA as well as a board member for several other organizations. He joined the organization because he believes that the stronger we can make the business community, the better we can make Spring Hill. When he is not working he can be found spending time with his wife , coaching his kids sports teams, and hanging out with friends.

Ravi is the General Manager and Co-Owner of Holiday Inn Express Spring Hill, Ravi has been a member with the Spring Hill Chamber since 2015 when he and his partner planned the development of the now open hotel.
Ravi brings over 10 years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry to the Chamber of Commerce Board. He believes fostering commerce and networking inside the local community while also inviting outside out of town dollars to be spent locally.
In his free time Ravi enjoys outdoor activities like golf and hiking, traveling with his wife, or relaxing at home with his family.

Jaimee Davis
Jaimee Davis is the owner of a local Allstate agency in Spring Hill since April 2018. She has been in the insurance industry helping clients and managing agencies since 2004!
Since 2018, Jaimee has taken an active role in the Spring Hill Chamber committing her time to the as an Ambassador, then moving into a role on the Board of Directors over the Human Resource Committee. Beginning 2020, she also took on the responsibility as the Treasurer for the Board of Directors. Jaimee brings experience in HR with years of management in the restaurant industry, as well as insurance agency management. Her previous experience includes overseeing the opening of a new restaurant franchise location, creating policies and procedures and opening her our Allstate agency. These experiences have equipped her with a vast knowledge of finance, organization, problem-solving, communication and various other management skills. She has also served on other boards as well as a treasurer and president.
Aside from having a servant’s heart and working hard for her clients, being a mother is her greatest duty. Jaimee is the proud mother of a son and daughter and an attentive wife to her husband, Jonathan. When not in an appointment with a client, developing her staff or in a board meeting Jaimee enjoys morning yoga with her six-year-old daughter. She also enjoys running and tries to run as manay 5k-s as possible. If you know Jaimee, you may have tried her cupcakes or brunches and understand why she enjoys exercising. She also enjoys spending time with her dogs, friends, reading her bible, listening to music and dancing.

Rob Ferrara is the Sr. Market Manager for First Farmers of Spring Hill. He has been active with the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce since coming into the community in 2015, and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as being involved with all committees that support our membership.
Rob became involved with the Chamber to meet like-minded members who want to support their community and the businesses within, to foster business to business connections for mutual growth and success. His experience included over 3 decades of management and lending in the financial industry, with a focus on working with businesses and their owners to meet their needs.
In his free time, Rob enjoys long motorcycle rides in the area and when weather does not permit, he does woodworking projects and cannot pass up a good movie. He also enjoys spending family time playing games, cooking and traveling together. He is blessed with a beautiful wife Debby, daughter Amanda and son-in-law Justin.

Originally I grew up in Conyers GA before going to Florida Christian College in Temple Terrace. I graduated from WKU in 2003 with a Marketing degree and worked for the Martin Automotive Group corporate office as their E-Commerce director. While attending WKU, I met my wife, Jamie. We have been married for 20 years and have 2 boys, Caleb is 12 and Nathan is 9.
In 2005 I started my career with Chick-fil-A as a team member at the Rivergate Mall. I travelled 110 miles daily, made $8.50 per hour, in pursuit of my dream, becoming a Chick-fil-A operator. In August of 2009, that dream was realized as I was selected to be the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A inside the Dayton Mall. In February of 2013 we moved to Saint Charles Illinois and opened a new Chick-fil-A in the Suburbs of Chicago. And in 2018 I was blessed to be selected as the Owner/Operator of the new Chick-fil-A in Spring Hill. My family and I have settled into the Spring Hill community and are worshiping and serving at the Rolling Hills Church of Christ. Our plan is to make this area our forever home. We truly love it here.
It is an honor to serve on the Chamber of Commerce Board.

Salena is a Realtor with Luxury Homes of Tennessee/Homes of Tennessee.
She has served on the Spring Hill Chamber’s Board Of Directors for going on for 1 year now. She also is the Board Representative for the Chamber’s Ambassador Program, a group of volunteers, who are Chamber members, that represent the SH Chamber of Commerce to promote, serve, and participate in the growth and development of its membership. (Add anything you think will make me sound important here)
When not working you can find Salena on the back of a Harley with her husband, Brian Garza Battalion Chief for the Spring Hill Fire Department, traveling across the U.S. or backroads. She also loves camping in their RV with their 2 dogs, Blondie the Lhasa Apso and Iggy the Old English Bulldog. She loves traveling, spending time with friends, shopping locally, and eating Mexican food.

Stephanie Roselli
Stephanie Roselli is the community relations Director for Morning Pointe and the Lantern at Morning Pointe Spring Hill, and has been a part of the leadership team since June 2020.
Stephanie has been involved with Spring Hill Chamber since 2017, started as an ambassador and was shortly asked to take a seat on the Board of Directors. She helped us create and implement our Chamber 101 initiative. She has sat on our Experience Spring Hill marketing committee and is a tireless volunteer. If you need someone to step –up to help , just ask Stephanie and she will be more than happy to serve.
When not working, you can find her volunteering with The Well Outreach Food Pantry, her church Grace Church of the Nazarene in Columbia, spending time with her two grown children, or caring for her Mother. She has an infectious laugh and probably you will hear her before you see her.

Dr. D. Carl Jackson has been the owner/surgeon of Spring Hill Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery since 2009.
Throughout his years, Dr. Jackson has served on a variety of boards mainly focused on health. In 2020, he accepted the role as a board member for the Spring Hill Chamber based on his experience and leadership in the health care industry. His perspective and passion for community health and safety makes him a valuable addition to the team.
More about Dr. Jackson, he loves spending time with his wife and family, he’s a Lousiana native, and his two favorite foods are Étouffée and Gumbo. Additionally, he stays active by working out, reading, and traveling. If he could recommend one place to travel to, it would be Maui, Hawaii because of the beautiful black beaches and snorkeling with sharks.–

Rick is the Assistant Plant Director at the General Motors Spring Hill Vehicle Assembly Plant. He transferred to the Spring Hill location in June 2020 and joined the Chamber Board shortly thereafter. This is Rick’s first experience serving on a Chamber of Commerce Board.
As a 30-year veteran of the automotive manufacturing sector, Rick has lived in several regions across the United States and in Canada. He has volunteered and participated in many different community outreach programs as a member of the GM Cares team. Rick is a believer in supporting local business and understands the influence a large employer, like General Motors, can have on the community.
In his spare time, Rick enjoys golfing, classic cars, college sports and cheering on his beloved Baltimore Ravens (sorry Titans fans). He and his wife, Melissa, have been exploring the middle Tennessee offerings and look forward to seeing more.
David St. Charles

David has been the owner/agent at David St Charles State Farm since 2008. He is also the owner/President of STC Mortgage Services.
He served as Chamber Chair in 2019, and is currently in his second term on the board. In addition to his four years on the Board, he also serves on the Executive Committee and the COPA.
David has served on the Boards of many local non-profit organizations and accepted an invitation to join the Chamber Board to insure the voices of business owners were better heard and represented within the community. He believes business owners can be a powerful force in Spring Hill when they work toward a common interest, and use their collective power to advance their agenda.
David and his wife Michelle raised three boys in Spring Hill who are now all off to college. They are hopeful as Covid fades into our rear view that they can enjoy extensive travel with (and without) the boys!
Kayce Williams

Kayce has been in Spring Hill government for ten years in various roles. Parks and Rec Commissioner, Ward 4 Alderman, Economic Development Coordinator, and now Director of Spring Hill Parks and Recreation. She has been a member of the Chamber for many years and a board member for 8 years. She served as Chairman in 2017 and hosts The Mayor’s Ball for the Chamber every year since it began in 2013.
Kayce is a lifelong Tennessean and is passionate about Spring Hill. She is dedicated to making a difference in her hometown by doing whatever she can to create wonderful places for the citizens of Spring Hill to enjoy. As the daughter of an entrepreneur, she is very supportive of small businesses. Her background in Economic Development keeps the success of Spring Hill businesses a constant priority for her. She is committed to the Chamber and believes wholeheartedly that it is one of the most valuable resources in Spring Hill.
Kayce has made most of her life all about the betterment of Spring Hill, but when she does take time for herself, you will most likely find her involved in some sort of project. She enjoys community events, home renovation, visiting family, spending time with friends, and working in her art studio. No matter what she is doing, she will be smiling, laughing, and doing her best to enjoy every minute of every day.
